- After 60+ years, I have finally discovered my passion! I love painting as the process totally absorbs me and the results surprise me! As a retired nurse, wife, mother and now grandmother, painting affords me an opportunity to express myself in a total different manner. A whole new world has opened to me and I am even more aware of how beautiful and precious life is. Thanks for the complement. It encourages me when someone enjoys one of my paintings. I visited your site and was impressed. I too am a fan of the Native Indian flute. I listened to one in a preserve near here at dusk and as I closed my eyes I was transported to the plains. Such a beautiful and haunting sound.
I find the Native Indian Flute very relaxing and I have listened to it while in my woods. Isn't it a great way to unwind and leave your everyday stress behind :)
Honor, I understand about the"putting in too much detail" thing! You did a great job of restraining yourself--haha! Seriously, this painting has everything anyone needs for the "story". I like the golden light on the house. Good work!
